In this episode, Emma and I sit with Question 22 of the 36 Questions That Lead to Love:
“Share five positive characteristics of your partner to them. Go turn by turn”
What sounds simple turned into one of the most fulfilling experiences we’ve had so far in this series. Taking intentional time to express and elaborate on the five things we love most about each other became an act of affirmation that was raw, grounding, and surprisingly emotional.
We reflect on how powerful it is to set aside space not just to feel gratitude, but to say it out loud and how much impact that has on deepening connection.
This episode is a reminder that sometimes the most straightforward questions open the biggest doors.

In this episode, Emma and I dive into Question 21 of the 36 Questions That Lead to Love:
“What roles do love and affection play in your life?”
We explore this by reflecting on how our perspectives on love and affection have been shaped by our childhoods, our upbringings and our past relationships.
We come from very different backgrounds, with different ideas of what love looks and feels like. But through those differences, we’ve found ways to understand each other, meet each other’s needs, and make our relationship work.
This conversation is as much about where we’ve come from as it is about where we’re going, unpacking what love means to each of us, how we express it and the role it plays in the way we live and connect.

In this episode, Emma and I reflect on a question that invites us to think beyond ourselves:
20 – What does friendship mean to you?
This conversation took us into the relationships that ground us, the moments that have shaped our understanding of love beyond romance, and the people we’ve leaned on when life felt heavy or uncertain.
It’s a simple question, but it opened the door to so much, gratitude, memories and the way friendship continues to shape the way we show up for ourselves and each other.
Tune in, reflect with us, and maybe ask someone in your life what friendship means to them too.

Content Warning: This episode includes mentions of sexual assault and rape.
We want to gently let you know that this conversation touches on sensitive and deeply personal experiences. Please take care while listening and feel free to step away and not listen if needed.
As we continue through the 36 Questions That Lead to Love, Emma and I sit with two questions that led us into one of our most vulnerable conversations yet:
18) What is your most terrible memory?19) If you knew that in one year you would die suddenly, would you change anything about the way you are living now? Why?
We reflect on some of the hardest chapters in our lives, and how those moments continue to shape the way we move through the world today.
This episode is raw, honest, and a reflection of how much deeper these questions are taking us, not just with each other, but with ourselves.

The 36 Questions were originally created by psychologist Arthur Aron in a study exploring how closeness can be built between two people through intentional, layered conversation. Since then, they’ve been used by couples, friends, and strangers all over the world to deepen connection one question at a time. This week, we sat with:
16 What do you value most in a friendship?17 What is your most treasured memory?
These questions opened the door to stories we hadn’t told before, about the people who’ve shaped us, the moments that stay with us and what it means to feel truly connected with our friends.
It’s a reflective, grounding conversation that brought out a lot of gratitude and a few things we didn’t expect to say out loud.
Listen in, and maybe ask someone in your life the same.

The 36 Questions were originally created by psychologist Arthur Aron in a study exploring how closeness can be built between two people through intentional, layered conversation. Since then, they’ve been used by couples, friends, and strangers all over the world to deepen connection one question at a time. This week, we sat with:
14) Is there something that you’ve dreamed of doing for a long time? Why haven’t you done it?15️⃣ What is the greatest accomplishment of your life?
Answering these brought us into a deeply introspective space—thinking about the things we’re proud of, the parts of ourselves we want to keep nurturing, and the dreams we still hold close.
We each approached these questions differently, but what unfolded was a beautiful conversation about potential, perspective, and how we define success in our own way.
Tune in, reflect with us, and maybe ask someone close to you the same questions. You might be surprised what comes up.

Since then, they’ve been used by couples, friends, and strangers all over the world to deepen connection one question at a time. This week, we sat with:12) If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one quality or ability, what would it be?13) If a crystal ball could tell you the truth about yourself, your life, the future, or anything else, what would you want to know?
These two questions cracked something open in us. We got really honest about what we wish we could strengthen in ourselves, the qualities we’re still working on, and the things we’re afraid or ready to know more about.
It’s one of our most vulnerable conversations yet, and we hope it encourages you to reflect on the parts of yourself you're still growing into.

Question 11: “Take four minutes and tell your partner your life story in as much detail as possible.”
In this episode, Emma and I are joined by friends of the pod Nicole and Tanika as we take on one of the most introspective prompts so far.
Question 11 challenges us to share our entire life story in just four minutes and while the time limit is tight, what it reveals is surprisingly deep.
We each bring our own approach: some linear, some chaotic, some emotional, some reflective. But what comes through most clearly is how we frame our own stories, what we hold onto, what we emphasise, and what we choose to share when given just a few minutes to sum it all up.
It’s raw, surprising, and full of little moments that speak volumes about how we see ourselves.
A great episode to reflect, laugh, and maybe even try for yourself.New Episodes out EVERY TUESDAY MORNING! Hosted by Justin Magsino.Follow us on:📲 Instagram: @justenamoured📲 Tik Tok: @just.enamoured Special thanks to contributors of the Just Enamoured Podcast:

In this episode, Emma, Tanika, and I sit down with our friend Nicole, whose journey of self-discovery and intentional living is nothing short of inspiring.
After taking the time to invest in herself and understand her inner world, Nicole stepped back into dating with clarity, exploring vulnerability, purpose, and preparation instead of jumping into another cycle. She opens up about her childhood, upbringing, and the resilience she’s built along the way.
We talk about her purposeful approach to dating, how she sets intentional questions, curates connection, and designs experiences that foster genuine bond right from the start. It’s vulnerable, strategic, and rooted in deep self-love.
Nicole is also part of 20 Hours for 20Talk, a nationwide silent-reflection event supporting youth mental health. For 20 hours, participants sit in silence, no phones, no talking, to raise funds and awareness, modelling radical self-awareness and emotional resilience. In 2025, the goal is a national movement across Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth, with the aim to raise $1 million to support mental health scholarships and tools for young people. You can check her out and donate by clicking here. This conversation is about showing up for yourself, being beautifully alone, being brave in love and making space for connection with purpose.New Episodes out EVERY TUESDAY MORNING! Hosted by Justin Magsino.Follow us on:📲 Instagram: @justenamoured📲 Tik Tok: @just.enamoured Special thanks to contributors of the Just Enamoured Podcast:

We’re asking the 36 Questions That Lead to Love!A new series within What’s on the Cards.
Originally created by psychologist Arthur Aron and his team in the '90s, these questions were designed to explore whether two people could build emotional closeness, maybe even fall in love, just by answering a structured set of increasingly personal questions.
Since then, they’ve become so much more. From viral essays to date nights, therapy sessions to friendship deep-dives, the 36 Questions have become a go-to tool for building connection, one honest answer at a time.
Emma and I aren’t doing this to fall in love (we’re already there), but to explore what it means to stay in love, to keep learning about each other, and to carve out space for the kind of conversations that matter but often get lost in the noise of daily life.
In this episode, Emma and I continue exploring the 36 Questions That Lead to Love, turning our attention to Questions 9 and 10, two prompts that opened up some deep, thoughtful conversation between us:
9️⃣ For what in your life do you feel most grateful?🔟 If you could change anything about the way you were raised, what would it be?
These questions brought up stories we hadn’t shared before, reflections on our upbringing, and reminders of what we deeply value in life.
As the questions continue to get more personal, we’re slowing down and really taking time to sit with them and with each other.
We hope this episode encourages you to do the same with someone you love, or even just with yourself.
